Returns
Please read the descriptions carefully for each product, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you are unhappy with your order, please let us know within 5 days from purchase or delivery so we can make it right.
Change of mind (before order is sent)
We understand sometimes you might find another product you prefer. If your order has not been shipped, we are happy to swap the products around to the same value.
Most orders (excluding custom made orders) are shipped within 1-3 business days, if you need to change your order please let us know ASAP. Once your order has left, we are unable to retrieve your parcel.
Please note we do not offer 'change of mind' for any custom made orders.
Refunds
We comply with Queensland Refund Laws and are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
Damaged goods in transit
If your order is damaged during transit, we ask you to please email your receipt and images of the damaged product/s to sassandwhiskey@gmail.com, we can then assess the damage and will notify you via email of the next step. If approved, we will provide you with a replacement of the same or similar product.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, send us an email at sassandwhiskey@gmail.com.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your purchase to reach you.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
