Shipping Policy
Because we care about how business gets done we have partnered with Sendle as they are Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service! This means you get your goods whilst taking care of the planet. During these unprecedented times Sendle are practicing a contactless delivery service which you can read more about here.
Sass and Whiskey Collective does not take responsibility for goods once they leave our premises. We use Sendle for our shipping and provide tracking numbers for every order. We will be happy to assist in tracking your parcel from our end with Sendle, but we have no control over how long the order will take to arrive.
Processing Times
Please allow for 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and dispatched.
Free Local Pick Up
Free local pick up is available at check out to anyone wishing to collect from Wynnum West 4178. As this is a small business run from my home my address will only be provided once your order is ready for collection.
Rates
Sass and Whiskey Collective offer a flat rate of $11 for on all orders Australia wide.
International Shipping
Due to COVID-19 we are unable to ship to all international countries. If you are an international customer please contact us at sassandwhiskey@gmail.com to discuss shipping prior to check out.
If your parcel is returned to us for either of the below reasons, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you.

- failure to pick up from your local post office
